A company with 96 employees, Maison Moderne has just introduced an internal program of so-called “ambassador recruiters”, calling on its staff to recommend the company to their friends and acquaintances as a potential employer.
The program is backed by co-option bonuses. Dependent on the profile recruited, each recommendation is worth between €250 and €2,000.
And the program is already bearing fruit. Hendi Kerdouci, advertising account manager and Aurélie Sondag, web publisher for paperjam.lu, were recruited respectively by Sophie Melai and Marie-Astrid Heyde, two of the company’s “old hands”.
