Paperjam: an appealing new formula

Maison Moderne carried out a survey of Paperjam readers from 14 to 21 March 2016 on the magazine's new formula launched in December 2015.

A total of 623 readers answered the survey's single question, requesting readers to give their impression of the new layout on the basis of the last 3 issues.

  • 4 out of 5 readers preferred Paperjam's new layout to the old one.

  • 24% of those surveyed deemed it “much better”, while 55% considered it “better”.

The gamble has thus paid off for Mike Koedinger, director of publishing, as well as for Jean-Michel Gaudron and Thierry Raizer, Paperjam's editors-in-chief.

“We now have confirmation that Paperjam's new layout is more appealing to our readers. This is great news for us, our journalists and certainly for our advertisers.”

Mike Koedinger, Maison Moderne CEO

Vinzenz Hölzl, artistic director at Maison Moderne, was responsible for Paperjam's new layout, under the creative direction of London's Jeremy Leslie.
